NAR is situated in a quasi-national park which ensures that the natural beauty of the area will be preserved and remain low density for maximum privacy. 10 meter and 2 story height limits for villas. 5 meter set back from lot borders.

We offer a range of ready to build housing designs, but owners may custom design their own homes. All designs must abide by local design covenants and are subject to final approval by Annupuri Properties.

Each lot comes ready to build as all infrastructure is in place.
The private road and sidewalk are fully paved. NAR is connected to town water for stable water supply. Underground pipes are routed to each lot. Electric power and telephone ducts are all underground for maximum safety. No above ground power lines. Owners will need to install their own septic tank.

A full range of property management is available, including housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, snow clearing and arrangement of transportation, as well as arrangement of villa rentals for owners who choose to do so.

The allotted construction footprint for each lot may not be exceeded, but if an adjacent lot is available, they may be combined, and a house utilizing the combined allotted footprint for both lots may be built.
